Sports Nutrition Coaching

Sports nutrition coaching is designed for competitive athletes and active individuals who want to maximize their energy levels, achieve peak performance, and fuel confidently. Education, guidance, and support will be provided as specific fueling concerns and areas you would like to focus on are addressed. Together we will identify and work through barriers to your goals to optimize your fueling and performance for the long haul.

* Individual coaching is not appropriate for people struggling with a medical condition and are seeking medical nutrition therapy. Coaching is appropriate for people who are in stable recovery from a medical condition or who are working with another medical provider to manage their medical condition in certain preapproved circumstances.

Initial Consultation

You will be invited to share more about your medical history, lifestyle, typical eating patterns, and training regimen. Specific concerns and the areas you would like to focus on in our work together will be thoroughly discussed. From there we will start to work together to create an individualized plan for moving forward.

Follow Up

Follow-up sessions are highly personalized – frequency and total number of sessions will be based on your specific needs. Together we will identify and work through barriers to your goals along with explore strategies to propel you forward.
