Medical history, nutrition habits and behaviors, training regimen, and lifestyle will be assessed. Specific nutrition concerns and the areas you would like to focus on in our work together will be thoroughly discussed. After further evaluation, a session recap including a personalized nutrition plan, action steps to achieve goals, and applicable handouts will be provided.
