Lauren is a sports nutrition, eating disorder, and embodiment expert whose work is grounded in the latest evidence-based research along with honoring your lived embodied experience.  Whether you are looking to enhance your athletic performance, restore your relationship with food, or develop a deeper connection with your body, Lauren’s unique background allows her to combine multiple modalities and approaches to fit the individual needs of each person.   While working together, Lauren provides a collaborative experience filled with curiosity to help you uncover the roots that may be disrupting your ability to connect with your fueling needs and body.

My Approach

Lauren’s work is rooted in sports nutrition, embodied movement, and the mind-body connection from a body-positive and trauma-informed lens.  Lauren strives to create an environment where all parts of you are welcome and you can be your most unfiltered self.
